What can interfere with the depth of sleep I'm looking for to characterise & expedite this program?
[Further, see 'shock issues' below.]

*Researchers say sleep in complete darkness. If this is NOT possible then sleep with a mask over the eyes.

*Snoring: If you snore; gargle & swallow 2.5ml of tridosha oil for 20 consecutive seconds prior to retiring daily. IF you are a heavy snorer, gargle & swallow 2.5ml of the Tridosha oil for 20 secs BOTH morning & night - Further if you're a chronic snorer, as an adjunct, avoid ALL dietary grains (Esp. Wheat & Corn) and avoid alcohol & caffeine too as we find Dietary intolerances & allergens complicating breathing/sinus/snoring problems aggravate sound sleep.

*Pain: If pain occasionally OR repeatedly wakes you then use the Tridosha Oil twice daily over the affected part BUT if after 10 days there is no pain/sleep benefit continue the oil application BUT gradually increase the activated marine calcium to daily for 1 week & if no benefit after another 10 days increase the calcium to twice daily. Along with the Chia/Oil pak, this twice daily Calcium rate is the very highest we've had to recommend- And even then ONLY for those with largely degenerative joint diseases.

*Bowel/Bladder in-continence: Indeed providing your diet is reasonable AND you haven't had too much surgical intervention in these areas, then your bowel & bladder should gradually improve AUTOMATICALLY as the weeks go on although more than 3 cups of caffeine/strong Black tea can OVER STIMULATE the bladder in particular to aggravate same. Also look to gradually increase your water/juice/soups/herbal tea & weak black tea volume to 6-8 glasses per day although this program should automatically stimulate the desire for water anyway as noted over.

*Local Radiation: Some very sensitive folk note the ill-effect of all sorts of man-made radiations can OVER stimulate them. Therefore look to diminish/avoid exposure to Microwave cooking, Wifi computers, cell phones, X-rays, High tension power-lines nearby transformers near your bedroom, heavy electrical consumption devices in the room next to where you sleep such as Refrigerators, Washing machines, air-conditioners, water heaters, etc.

*HEAVY MENTAL DOMINANCE: If your job or personal preference is to let the 'monster' :-) between your ears DOMINATE you in disturbed sleep then look to involve some meditation or yoga type exercises daily. Moreover, we've found that if the standard chia seed dose 2 caps 3x daily does NOT help sleep within 2-3 weeks then you may try 3 caps 3 x daily for week. At this higher Chia dosage level sleep WILL improve UNFORTUNATELY obviously it becomes much more expensive for you to gain the real benefit. Although oncesleep improves at 3 caps 3x daily you may try to ease off to the standard rate & see if this holds you at the depth of sleep required. So be flexible here.

*The disturbed sleep of pregnancy: STOP IMMEDIATELY- This program is CONTRAINDICATED in pregnancy.

*If your sleep is regularly disturbed through others, say children OR your lifestyle is sooo 'socially connected' that it is continually being interupted by cell phones, etc, then your lifestyle is NOT consistent with longevity so you may need to seriously re-organise your lifestyle toward a more longevity conducive perspective... DEEP SLEEP=DEEP HEALING.
